Dr Lim Chee Chong
Director

Dr Lim joined Advancer Global Limited in 2016 as a Business Development Director, where he is tasked to lead the subsidiaries to formulate the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business through innovation and creativity. Since 2017, Dr Lim leads AST by restructuring and positioning the company as an unconventional technology firm by incubating technology solutions using a range of Advanced IoT devices with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.

Dr Lim Chee Chong graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Doctoral in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

Mr Alfee Hui
Director

Mr Alfee Hui joined Advancer Global Limited in 2017 and currently oversees the operations of AST’s smart projects. He has been working in the IT industry for 20 years and possesses more than 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.

Mr Hui co-headed several projects including the SMART Toilet initiative where his knowledge and skills on advanced IoT devices have helped to value-add to the projects and enabled corporate customers to improve on their productivity and costs benefits.

Master Clean aims to provide value-added Housekeeping and Cleaning Services to commercial properties, hostels and resorts, shopping malls, private clubs, educational institutions and private residences.

We provide efficient and cost-effective solutions and services to our customers whilst allowing them to focus their time and attention on their core roles.

Mr Ong Eng Tiang
Head of Cleaning and Stewarding and Security Services

Mr Ong has an aggregate of more than 15 years of experience in the Cleaning and Stewarding as well as the Security Services Business. He has been invaluable to the success of the Advancer Group, driving the Facilities Management Business as well as overseeing the daily operations, including marketing strategies and manpower deployment.

Mr Ong graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States of America in 1993.

Mr Ong is also an Executive Director of Advancer Global Limited’s Board since 2016.

Mr Tang Eng Siong, Ron
Senior Operations Manager

Mr Ron Tang joined Master Clean in 2006 and is currently the Senior Operations Manager. He is the go-to-person whenever support is required to connect the organisation, customers, and project sites, translating expectations into processes, and driving performance excellence. With almost 30 years of experience in hotel as well as food and beverage industries, he is always ready to lend a helping hand and willing to transfer his knowledge and skills to his team.

The dependable Mr Tang is always on his toes to minimise potential health risks, improve workplace safety and most importantly to ensure full compliance with the various environmental, work and health safety regulations.

Mr Andy Lau
Operations Manager

Mr Andy Lau is the Operations Manager at Master Clean, a position held since 2016. A multi-tasker with great organisation skills, he oversees a large team of cleaning professionals in the Facility Services Division and ensuring efficiency in the execution of projects. He has considerable experience in project bidding and tender exercises, winning contracts with his profound knowledge accumulated over 20 years of working in the housekeeping and cleaning industry.

Mr Lau is a qualified Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC) registered under NEA and is well versed in workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Established in 1992, Nation is an established brand and one of the largest employment agencies in Singapore, providing trained Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) to over 85,000 households.

Nation is the first maid agency in Singapore to receive ISO 9001 certification and the first to establish a training centre for MDWs within its office. This signifies our commitment towards achieving higher professionalism, productivity and service standards and providing well-trained MDWs for our customers.

Mr Francis Chin
Head of Employment Services

Mr Francis Chin is the Head of Employment Services at Advancer Global Limited and has overall responsible for the operations and management all employment agencies under this business segment.

He co-founded Nation Employment in 1994 and has been playing an important role in driving the employment services business segment to achieve desirable objectives, quality services and profitability. He is assisted by a team of sales managers from the services centres located in the east and west of Singapore.

Mr Chin was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) for commendable community service in Singapore in 2005.

Mr Tan Kian Hoon
Chairman

Mr Tan Kian Hoon is a highly respected figure in Singapore’s real estate and construction industry, with over 40 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of the built environment. As Chairman of Newman SRE, he brings a wealth of knowledge, having held leadership roles across the public, private, and people sectors. His career journey includes roles as quantity surveyor, project manager, turn-key contractor, developer and real estate consultant on local and international projects.

He has served as Past President of the Singapore Contractors Association and Deputy Chairman of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and held regional leadership roles including Chairman of the ASEAN Constructors' Federation and President of the International Federation of Asian & Western Pacific Contractors Association (IFAWPCA).

At Newman SRE, Mr Tan fosters a strong culture of governance, professionalism, and service integrity. His leadership is grounded in industry know-how and a deep commitment to people—ensuring that both clients and employees are supported by robust systems, practical guidance, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Currently, Mr Tan serves as Vice-President and Fellow of the Association of Property & Facility Managers (APFM), Member of the Strata Titles Board, Member of the Yellow Ribbon Fund Main Committee, Principal Mediator and Adjudicator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. He remains a respected voice in the industry and a mentor to the next generation.

Mr Mark Tham M K
Strategic Advisor

Mark Tham brings over 25 years of real estate experience and serves as a key strategic advisor at Newman SRE. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, he holds both a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Master of Science in Real Estate. Mark is also a licensed appraiser for Land and Building, with a strong track record in valuation, investment advisory, and estate management.

Having started his career as a Property Manager overseeing HDB and HUDC properties, Mark later joined Newman & Goh in 1995, where he played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s valuation capabilities. He has led and supervised complex valuation projects for HDB, JTC, and a wide range of private and institutional clients across local and international markets.

Beyond technical work, Mark provides strategic guidance on en-bloc and collective sales, advising owners’ committees through feasibility studies and structured sales planning. His ability to bridge policy understanding, market dynamics, and client priorities makes him a trusted voice in the industry.

Today, Mark’s role extends beyond advisory—he actively mentors the next generation of professionals at Newman SRE. Through his leadership, he focuses on nurturing a strong, capable team that upholds professionalism, integrity, and service excellence across all aspects of estate and valuation services.

Mr Chng Shih Hian
Senior Executive Director

Shih Hian is the Executive Director at Newman SRE, where he leads the Property Valuation, Consultancy, and Asset Management division. A licensed appraiser with deep domain knowledge, he oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and strategic valuation advice across a full range of asset types—including residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality properties.

With years of specialised experience, Shih Hian plays a critical role in guiding clients through valuation and advisory work for a wide variety of purposes: financing, acquisition, financial reporting, taxation, share transfer, IPO preparation, and internal decision-making. His team regularly supports banks, developers, owners, and corporate clients, offering both technical precision and market insights to ensure sound outcomes.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day valuation activities, Shih Hian leads the firm’s research initiatives and development consultancy projects, helping clients navigate complex land use, feasibility, and redevelopment strategies with clarity and confidence.

Known for his disciplined work ethic and collaborative leadership style, Shih Hian fosters a culture of accountability and professional excellence within his department. Mr Eugene Tham
Executive Director, Valuation

Eugene is a senior leader in the Valuation & Advisory team at Newman SRE, bringing over 18 years of experience in real estate valuation, appraisal, and investment consultancy. With a deep operational understanding of valuation processes, Eugene oversees key mandates with precision and consistency, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, compliant, and timely reports that meet the evolving needs of clients and financial institutions. His experience spans a wide range of asset classes—including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments—across both local and international markets. He has managed investment appraisal and feasibility studies for projects across Southeast Asia, China, Cambodia, and Africa, giving him a strong regional perspective and cross-border expertise.

Eugene is also well-versed in government land acquisition, property taxation, and sale and purchase advisory. His ability to distil complex information into practical, actionable advice makes him a trusted voice among developers, owners, and institutional investors.

Director

Ms Tan Teck Moi joined SRE Global as a Director in 1999, specialising in real estate valuation of lands and buildings, from industrial, residential, commercial, hotels, workers’ dormitory, institutions, schools, leisure, and government-owned properties.

A veteran with 28 years of experience under her belt, Ms Tan has been in involved in various type of valuation for the purpose of financing, share transfer, financial reporting, sale, purchase, fire insurance, stamp duty, estate duty, lease upgrading, government land acquisition and private enbloc sale projects.

Her expertise is well sought after and has conducted overseas valuations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, China, and Mongolia.
