Our Management

Mr Ong Eng Tiang
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Ong brings with him over 15 years of extensive experience in the Cleaning & Stewarding and Security Services sectors. As the Head of both departments, he plays a pivotal role in the continued success of the Advancer Group — spearheading our Facilities Management business and overseeing key daily operations, including marketing strategies and manpower deployment.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, which he earned in 1993.

Mr Ong has also served as an Executive Director on the Board of Advancer Global Limited since 2016.
