Mr Desmond Chin
Executive Director
Mr. Desmond Chin was appointed to the Board on 9 June 2016 as our Executive Chairman and was re-designated to Executive Director on 31 December 2019.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the Employment Services Business and has been instrumental in spearheading the growth and development of our Group. He is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our Company, our Board and the various committees of our Company.
Mr Chin graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1990 and subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in 2012.
